Featuring Music from ‘Grey Area’
Grey Area are a three-piece live act from the Blue Mountains who have had success with studio releases on Psy-Harmonics and Waveform records USA and played at festivals around the world. They use a combination of synthesisers and traditional rock instruments to produce hypnotic grooves inspired by electronic music without the use of computers. The band draws on the full palette of emotions light and dark to create euphoric and evocative soundscapes that move energetically from ambient to dance. Playing completely improvised, allows them to musically respond to the crowd, time of day or night, temperature, even the slightest variation in atmospheric pressure, ensuring no two performances are the same… We look forward to seeing how Grey Area respond to the lights of Lithglow 2024!
Featuring music from Taylah Harrington
Taylah Harrington is a local artist based in Lithgow. Lead singer, songwriter and guitarist of Blue Mountains band Trash Baby, and flautist for Blue Cocoon, Taylah brings all of her instruments together for her solo act.
Featuring Retail Markets
Browse the fascinating mix of market stalls and pick up something special.
Featuring Free Shuttle Buses
With only limit parking available at LithGlow 2024, take advantage of one of the many Main Street car parks, and take the hassle out of getting to the event by catching one of the free shuttle buses. Operating between 4.45pm and 9.45pm on the night, the buses will be picking up at the NAB Bank, Train Station, and Pioneer Park bus stops, and setting down at the Lithgow Blast Furnace Park Inch Street frontage, a short 200m walk to the heart of the event.
For those with mobility needs, the buses will be accessible with ramps and low floors, and a shuttle car will be available on request provided by Live Better Lithgow, from the bus stop to the event for those unable to undertake the 200m walk.
There will also be limited parking spots available for drivers with registered disabled parking stickers, within an easy and flat walk of the event.
