Remembrance Sunday Service – Portland Uniting Church

Lithgow Uniting Church along with Wallerawang and Portland Uniting Church would like to extend an opportunity to remember those we love and have lost over the last year and invite you to attend our Remembrance Sunday Service.
This service provides the opportunity to remember the lost in a meaningful and reverent way that both honours the person and hopefully, allows the grieving process to be a little easier.
During the Service the names of those people for whom funerals have been held in our Parish over the last twelve months, will be read out and a candle will be lit in their memory.
Afterwards there is an opportunity for people to remember other loved ones who have passed away in previous years.
