Lost City and Pagodas Women’s Week Walk
March 8 @ 9:00 am - 1:00 pm

Discover the shared adventure of bushwalking this Women’s Week!
Join Upper Blue Mountains Bushwalking Club for The Lost City walking track, which offers a unique and stunning outlook relatively close to Lithgow. Within the Gardens of Stone State Conservation Area, you will experience sandstone pagodas, tranquil creeks, and historic mining relics all on a well-formed track. The highlights are two heritage dams that were constructed in the 1920s to supply water to Lithgow until the late 1980s and the chance to explore the distinctive pagodas up close, all with most incredible pagoda scenery that the mountains can offer. We will be rock hopping over Marrangaroo Creek, seeing wattles, boronias and speedwell. Also, we will also be on the lookout for gang gang cockatoos, scarlett robins or south-eastern glossy black cockatoos. At the lookouts you will reap the rewards of this magical place.
