The Great Santa Hat Challenge

The GREAT SANTA HAT Challenge is happening in Hartley again this year! It’s fun, free, family friendly and festive! 🙂
Dust off your SANTA HAT, grab your family and friends and head to the Hartley Historic Village. Gather and explore the village, then head over to the Old Post Office (The Postmistress Cafe) area at 10.30am for the official head count! The prize draw is at 10.45 am, followed by the Santa Hat toss! We hope to see as many people and fur babies as possible, wearing Santa Hats at one time!
If you don’t have a Santa hat, we’ve got you covered, you can purchase one on the day, with profits going to Cancer Council Australia for cancer research.
Stay and relax, Christmas shop at the village galleries and enjoy all the village has to offer. The Postmistress Cafe will be open so you can enjoy their delicious baked goods and beverages. After, wander over to the Old Corneys Garage and feast your eyes on all the new Antique and Old wares at Gold Rush Antiques store or simply take a short stroll along Rowsons River Walk, and enjoy the beautiful boardwalk beside the River Lett. The village offers something for everyone and it’s a great place to find unique Christmas Gifts for everyone!
Each year we raise funds for Cancer Research and would be pleased if you could drop some coins or notes, into the donation box upon arrival.
