Knowing how to provide first aid could help save lives in an emergency. This accredited and nationally recognised first aid training course provides participants with the skills and knowledge required to provide first aid response, life support, and management of casualties. Delivered by fully qualified first aid training staff this one-day program covers basic life support, performing CPR, use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), care of an unconscious person, bleeding control, choking, shock, stroke, mental health, and more!
