Small campground at the base of Mt York offering toilets and picnic tables. Small contained fires permitted in accordance with fire danger ratings.

Nearby attractions include Lockyer’s Track, Lawson’s Long Alley and Cox’s Road walking tracks, Hartley Vale village, Hartley Vale Cemetery containing the grave of Henry Lawson’s father, and the remains of the Hartley Vale shale oil manufacturing site.

There is a 48 hour maximum stay at Lockyer’s Campground.
