Bracey Lookout
The Bracey Lookout gives a 180° view of the Lithgow Valley, offering one of the best overviews of the township of Lithgow.
There are picnic tables and viewing platform giving panoramic views of Blast Furnace Park area and the rolling hills that surround Lithgow.
The lookout was first developed and constructed by John Bracey and a group of volunteers back in 1953.
Set within the Hassan's Walls Reserve, and at approximately 1136 metres above sea level, Bracey Lookout can be accessed via a walk from Eskbank Street Lithgow on the Eskbank Track, or the road network of the Hassan's Walls Reserve. Eskbank Track is a medium to hard grade walk, and road conditions vary within the Hassan's Walls Reserve. Check road conditions with the friendly staff at Seven Valleys Visitor Information Centre Lithgow.
